香港金融管理局公布2024年6月份的住宅按揭統計調查結果。6月份新申請貸款個案較5月份按月減少17.2%,至6,690宗。6月份新批出的按揭貸款額較5月份減少22.5%,至245億港元。當中,涉及一手市場交易所批出的貸款減少25.6%,至86億港元;涉及二手市場交易所批出的貸款減少21.3%,至138億港元。至於涉及轉按交易所批出的貸款,則減少16.6%,至21億港元。 WHAT'S NEW
