印花稅嘅計算方式係根據樓價同埋物業種類,以及指定嘅印花稅表計算。例如,300萬嘅物業只須繳交從價印花稅嘅最低額,即係100蚊,而高於300萬物業嘅稅款計算就會複雜啲,包括固定基數以及超出門檻部分嘅百分比。如果唔清楚點計嘅話,最方便嘅方法就係使用按揭計算機,只需輸入樓價、成數等,計算機便會自動計出應繳印花稅。 WHAT'S NEW
