有消息傳出有大型銀行將現金回贈清零、不承造工商物業按揭及不接受沒有香港身份證人士申請按揭等,,現時有一類客人即使銀行再沒有提供現金回贈但都仍然需要申請轉按的,就是一批在數年前購入新盤而選擇「發展商按揭」的客人,由於當時「發展商按揭」的按揭息率比坊間更為優惠,再加上對買家的供款佔入息比率要求及按揭成數限制都較寬鬆。 WHAT'S NEW

香港金融管理局公布2024年4月份的住宅按揭統計調查結果。4月份新申請貸款個案較3月份按月增加11.7%,至9,629宗。4月份新批出的按揭貸款額較3月份增加52.4%,至290億港元。當中,涉及一手市場交易所批出的貸款增加64.8%,至111億港元;涉及二手市場交易所批出的貸款增加64.2%,至153億港元。至於涉及轉按交易所批出的貸款,則減少12.7%,至26億港元。 WHAT'S NEW
