今次是繼7月7日放寬按保計劃後,短時間內再有放寬措施。按統計,逾75%客戶購買樓花新盤時會選用建期計劃,主因是在這次修定之前,只有600萬元或以下的樓花住宅物業可以申請高成數按揭保險,如樓價超出600萬元,而又想申請高成數按揭,客戶只可以待物業入伙時才能申請按揭。因此,過去選用建期付款計劃的客戶,大幅高於選用即供計劃客戶。 WHAT'S NEW
